摘要 随着居民生活质量的日益改善,群众对环境的意识及对美好居住环境的需求明显提升,环境风险不再只是"发生重大环境污染事件的风险",还应该包括影响群众的较明显的个体及事件。龙岗区建区20年来,发展仍存在不均衡,各区域环境风险的级别也各有不同。通过分析重点污染源单位和群众环境投诉数据,可有效识别龙岗区的环境风险源,运用健康风险评价模型-RBCA、概率模型、@RISK软件模拟出各风险发生的频率与风险值,计算龙岗区各风险值存在概率,然后对各个街道的环境风险进行聚类分析,划分各街道风险级别,对下一步风险防范工作提供有力支撑。 Along with the improvement of residents' life quality, people's awareness of the environment and the demand for a better living environment have significantly enhanced. Environmental risk is no longer just the risk of pollution incidents, it should include the event and individual that influence people's life. Since Longgang Dstrict was established 20 years ago, the development is uneven between different area, as well as the risk level of regional environment. It can identify the environmental risk effectively in Longgang through the analysis of key pollution sources and the masses of environmental complaints data. By using RB- CA - Model, Probability - Model, @ RISK, the frequency and value of each risk can be simulated. To calculate the probability of each risk value in Longgang area, then analyses the environment risk of each street, at last classify streets according to it. it will be a strong support for the next step of risk prevention.
