硝酸铵氧化滴定法测定锰硅合金中锰含量的不确定度探讨

摘要 探讨了硝酸铵氧化滴定法测定锰硅合金中锰含量的不确定度评定方法,并应用统计学理论对锰硅合金中锰含量测定不确定度的各影响因素进行了分析评定.分析结果表明,当样品中锰含量为60.10%时,其合成不确定度0.084%,扩展不确定度0.17%(k=2).运用该不确定度分析评定方法确立检测过程中的重要环节,并进行重点监控,可有效降低测定过程中引入的不确定度,确保结果准确可靠. The evaluation for determination of manganese content in manganese-silicon by the method of ammonium nitrate oxidation titration is discussed and the uncertainty of manganese content in manganese-silicon is analyzed and evaluated based on statistics theory. The results show that the composed uncertainty is 0. 084%and the expanded uncertainty is 0. 17 %( k = 2) when the sample contents 60. 10%of manganese. The key links and procedures which may effect the test result during the determination are specially controlled, by this way, it may reduce the uncertainty effectively and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
