摘要
针对韶钢7号高炉因上料设备故障被迫长时间维持低风量操作所引发的炉况失常现象,通过操作参数,分析引起高炉炉况波动(炉内出现崩料、管道)的原因,通过调整布料矩阵,稳定鼓风湿度,适当提高燃料比,以及降低高炉入炉Zn负荷等手段逐步将炉况恢复至正常生产炉型.
Due to the breakdown of the charging equipment, BF #7 was forced to maintain the operation with low amount of air in a long time which caused the abnormal furnace conditions. The furnace conditions are recovered to the normal gradually by means of analyzing the reasons caused the abnormal (charge downslide, channeling) by referring the operation parameters, adjusting burden distribution matrix, stabilizing the blast humidity, increasing the fuel ratio, and decreasing Zn content in the charge.
