腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆结石的应用价值

Application Study of Laparoscopy Combined with Bile Duct Endoscopy for Gallstones

目的研究腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆结石的应用价值。方法选取本院2015年3月至2015年12月期间入院接受治疗的胆结石患者90例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各45例,实验组采取腹腔镜联合胆道镜进行手术取石,对照组采取传统腹部切开取石。经治疗后,对比患者在治疗过程中的治疗结果,分析应用治疗的价值。结果实验组患者的手术恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05),且两组患者并发症发病率实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗胆结石方面,应用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗能够有效的减少患者并发症,值得进行推广应用。

Objective To study the application study of laparoscopy combined with bile duct endoscopy for gallstones.Methods 90 cases with gallstones in our hospital（ form March 2015 to December 2015） were divided experimental group（ 45 cases） and control group（ 45 cases）and they respectively were accepted by laparoscopy combined with bile duct endoscopy and traditional abdominal incision.The outcome after treatment was compared and the value of the treatment was analyzed.Results The surgery recovery of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The complications rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions The laparoscopy combined with bile duct endoscopy for gallstones can effectively avoid adverse complications,so it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
