基于微生物分离培养的超级杂交水稻深两优5814种子内生细菌多样性研究 被引量:5

Diversity of Endophytic Bacterial Communities in Seeds of Super Hybrid Rice Shenliangyou 5814 by Traditional Microbial Culture Technique

摘要 采用传统微生物分离培养方法研究了超级杂交水稻深两优5814种子内生细菌群落多样性。结果表明,深两优5814种子内生菌包含49个操作分类单元(OTU),分属厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)及放线菌门(Actinobacteria)类群。第1优势菌属为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),丰度为37.5%,第2优势菌属为Fictibacillus,丰度为12.5%,第3优势菌属为克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella),丰度为7.5%。相比采用克隆文库的非培养方法,传统微生物分离培养方法获得的种子内生菌更丰富。 The diversity of the endophytic bacterial communities in seeds of Shenliangyou 5814,a super hybrid rice,was studied by way of traditional microbial culture technique. The results showed that the endophytic bacterial communities in the seeds of Shenliangyou 5814 included 49 operational taxonomic units( OTU) belonging to Firmicutes,Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria. The first dominant bacterial genus was Bacillus with an abundance of37. 5%,the second was Fictibacillus with an abundance of 12. 5%,and the third was Klebsiella with an abundance of 7. 5%. Compared with the culture-independent method of clone library,the traditional microbial culture technique had a higher diversity of the endophytic bacterial communities in the seeds of Shenliangyou 5814.
