摘要
从水稻浙辐802的辐射诱变后代中获得1个浅绿叶突变体M5-8,其剑叶的叶绿素含量与净光合速率显著下降,但剑叶宽显著增加,其它主要农艺性状没有显著变化,是一个新的水稻叶色突变。遗传分析表明,其浅绿叶表型由单隐性基因控制,可作为一个理想的表型标记应用于杂交水稻育种实践,同时为植物光合机理研究提供新的遗传材料。
M5-8,a light-green-leaf mutant,was acquired from the filial generation of the radiation-induced rice variety Zhefu 802. Compared with the wild type,this mutant showed a significant decrease in both chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate but a remarkable increase in leaf width of flag leaves while it kept unchanged all other main agronomic characters. It is a new rice mutant in leaf color. The genetic analysis showed that the trait of its light green leaf was controlled by a pair of recessive genes. It is not only a reliable morphologic marker for hybrid rice breeding,but it provides a new genetic material for research of the mechanism of plant photosynthesis.
