摘要
为自动化生产线设计一套新型锁紧机构,其具有结构简单、锁紧效率高和碰撞力小等优点。介绍了锁紧的工作原理,通过利用UG建立三维模型并运用机械动力学ADAMS仿真软件对其进行优化设计分析,得到相应的动力学曲线和最佳的参数组合。优化结果表明,锁紧机构可以顺利实现对目标体的锁紧,同时也验证了ADAMS软件可以对复杂多体机构的运动规律和动力学曲线提供精确的预测,对工程设计可以提供参考。
A novel locking mechanism for automation production line was designed. It has the advantages of simple structure, high locking efficiency and small collision force. The principle of the locking mechanism was introduced. 3D models were constructed using UG software, and optimization design and analysis were performed using mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS. The corresponding kinetic curves and the best combination of parameters were obtained. Optimization results showed that this locking mechanism can lock the target smoothly. Meanwhile, ADAMS software can provide an accurate prediction for complex multi-body kinematic law and kinetic curves at the same time. This can provide references for engineering design.
