一种异形盾构管片拼装机的结构设计与仿真分析 被引量:7

摘要 由于传统的圆形断面管片拼装机不能满足异形断面的拼装要求,使用范围受到限制和制约,因此需要研究设计新型异形断面管片拼装机。文中简单介绍了新型异形断面管片拼装机系统的基本机构、工作原理和设计方案,对关键结构——悬臂梁进行有限元模态分析,并对拼装机进行了运动学和动力学仿真分析。结果表明,有无预应力都不影响悬臂梁结构的固有频率,拼装机的运动学与动力学仿真结果接近实际数据,为进一步设计改进拼装机提供了重要依据。 Conventional segment erector for circular cross-section cannot meet the assembly requirement of special irregular cross-section. The application range was in restriction and constraints. Therefore, a new segment erector for irregular crosssections need to be designed. The basic structure, working principle and design scheme of the new segment erector was simply introduced. The finite element modal analysis was performed on the key structure-cantilever beam. Kinematic and dynamic analyses of the segment erector were simulated on the segment erector. The results showed that the inherent frequency of cantilever beam cannot be affected by the prestress. The kinematic and dynamic simulation results were closed to the actual data, which provided key reference to the further design and improvement of the erector.
