校企研发合作中合作者的搜寻战略

Searching Strategies of Partnership in University-enterprise R&D Cooperation

校企研发合作是高校与企业建立的以研发活动为主的合作模式。校企合作是高校与企业资源信息共享的双赢模式,已经成为发达国家实现产业创新的重要途径,但在中国校企研发合作的潜力仍未被开发出来,校企合作仍然困难。运用双边市场理论,以某著名研究型高校教师及其邻近的创业园区企业为研究对象进行访谈和调研,发现校企研发合作最主要的障碍是合作者搜寻困难,找不到合适的合作者。从企业、高校和社会3个角度剖析找不到合适的校企研发合作者的原因,提出构建以企业为核心的区域创新系统,企业在校企研发合作中发挥主导作用,高校、政府、各种平台和中介机构协同合作的建议。

University - enterprise cooperation is a kind of R＆D cooperation mode established by universities and enterpri- ses. University - enterprise cooperation is a win - win model of universities and enterprises sharing resources and informa- tion; it has become an important way to achieve industrial innovation in developed eountries. But the potential cooperation between universities and enterprises in China have not yet been developed, and the university - enterprise cooperation faces a lot of difficulties. After a survey on a university and some enterprises in an innovation park, based on the theory of two - sided market, we found that the most serious barrier is the difficulty of finding a suitable partner. This paper analyzes the reasons why we can＇ t find a partner from the view of enterprises, universities and the society. From the perspective of re- gional innovation theory, we suggest that enterprises play a leading role in the eooperation relationship, with the help of oth- er institutions.
