外部环境、内部能力与高新技术企业创新绩效关系实证研究

Empirical Study on the Relationship between External Environment,Internal Capability and Innovation Performance of High-tech Enterprises

基于372份中国创业板上市的高新技术企业数据,分析区域经济水平、产业集聚程度以及企业内部能力对高新技术企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明:就全行业整体水平而言,内部能力要素包括管理能力、营销能力以及研发投入对高新技术企业的创新绩效有显著积极影响,外部环境要素的地区经济发展水平对高新技术企业的创新绩效有显著积极影响;而产业集聚程度对高新技术企业的创新绩效影响整体上不显著,但对制造业高新技术企业的创新绩效有显著积极影响,对服务业无显著影响。在此基础上,提出对应的政策建议。

Based on the data of 372 GEM listed high - tech enterprises, this paper analyzes the influence of the regional e- conomic level, the degree of industrial agglomeration and the internal capability of the enterprise on the innovation performance of high and new technology＇ enterprises. Research results show that the internal capability factors including manage- ment ability, marketing ability and R＆D investment have a significant positive influence on high - tech enterprises innova- tion performance ; the regional economic development level has significant positive impact on the high - tech enterprise inno- vation ability; the industrial agglomeration degree has a significant positive impact on the high technology manufacturing en- terprises＇ innovation performance; there is no significant effect on the service industry. Finally, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward on the basis of this study.
