摘要对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应与全球价值链升级已成为经济学多学科交叉研究的课题。首先梳理对外直接投资理论与全球价值链理论的协同演化路径,分析全球价值链理论研究对技术寻求型对外直接投资发展产生的促进作用;在此基础上,重点梳理对外直接投资逆向技术溢出的机理与存在性两个方面的国外研究文献,最后结合对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应中的前沿研究,对全球价值链升级理论产生的影响进行简要的评述与展望。 Nowadays, the research on OFDI reverse technology spillover and global value chain upgrading has become an interdisciplinary subject in the field of economics. This paper firstly reviews the co - evolution path of OFDI reverse tech- nology spillover and global value chain. Then this paper analyzes how the research of global value chain contributed to the development of technology - seeking OFDI. On this basis, this paper reviews the foreign research literature which involves in the mechanism and existence of OFDI reverse technology spillover. Finally, combining with the frontier research of OFDI reverse technology spillover, this article outlines the development framework of global value chain upgrading.
