摘要
确定影响创新组织稳定性的关键因素是产学研协同创新研究领域的一个重要命题。基于适应性管理理念,从资源整合与互动2个维度出发,依据产学研之间核心主体与基础主体地位的转换,将产学研协同创新组织的生命周期细化为组建期、运行期、收益期,以动态过程视角构建产学研协同创新组织稳定性影响因素阶段性演变概念模型,结合调查问卷进行实证检验。研究结果表明:伙伴选择、制度建立、文化融合、利益分配各维度对组织稳定性的维系均具有显著的正向促进作用。
Industry - University - Research collaborative innovation organization is considered an emerging orgaizational form to get innovation activities done. However, this organization form in China is usually not very stable. To determine the key factors affecting the stability of innovation organization is an important topic. In this study, the antecedents of industry - university - research collaborative innovation organization stability were investigated. Based on the adaptive management concept and the resource integration and interaction during organizational process, this paper divides the life cycle of indus- try- university- research collaborative innovation organization into formation period, operating period and earnings period according to the conversion of the core and subject among industry - university - research process. Building concept model in a dynamic process perspective, using a survey of 131 exports from some cities of China, such as Beijing, Shanghai and Xi' an, our findings suggest that the partners selection, system establishment, culture integration and benefits distribution have a significant positive role in maintaining the organization stability. Implications of these results for managers and academics are discussed.
