摘要
雅万高铁是中国高铁外交的"第一单",是中印迄今为止单笔最大的合作项目,也是新时期中印合作的旗舰项目和标志性工程。以该工程为代表的基础设施投资是中国"21世纪海上丝绸之路"与印尼"世界海洋轴心"战略对接的核心领域。
Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway ProJect was the first one for China ＂High-speed Railway Diplomacy＂, and also the largest investment project between China and Indonesia. As a flagship and landmark project in the field of infrastructure cooperation, Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway ProJect has significant im- plications for the synergies between the China＇s Strategy of ＂21st Maritime Silk Road＂ and Indonesia＇s Strategy of ＂World Maritime Axis＂ . The paper mainly analyzes the bidding process and the causes of Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway ProJect, and then discuss its implications to China and Indonesia＇s Strategic Synergies.
