脂氧素与肾脏病研究进展

Progress on lipoxins in kidney diseases

摘要 脂氧素能广泛调节多种炎症细胞的功能和炎症相关基因的表达，并作用于多种细胞促进炎症的消退。脂氧素在肾脏病的发病机制、临床治疗中起重要作用。 Lipoxins possess a wide spectrum of adjustment function for various inflammatory cell functioning and the expression of inflammatory related genes, also progressing the inflammatory response by means of various cell. Lipoxins play an important role in the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of kidney diseases.
