摘要
为解决油管锚定器耐温耐压性能低,锚定不可靠以及解卡困难等问题,研制了高温高压油管锚定器。该锚定器解卡结构设计独特,实现了泄压平衡油套压力后工具解卡,不受压差影响,安全可靠;锁块锁定中心管,解卡销钉不受坐封压力和尾管重力影响,避免了管柱提前坐卡;锚定器与封隔器配合能实现管柱逐级解卡,可减小起管柱载荷,提高了解卡成功率。高温高压油管锚定器在5井次的现场应用中,最大井斜59.3°,最高注水压力43 MPa。该锚定器起到了对管柱的锚定作用,施工安全,成功率高,保证了整个作业过程封隔器密封可靠,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
In order to solve the problems such as low temperature and pressure resistance, high load for pipe string trip-out, difficult releasing and so on, the high temperature and high pressure tubing anchor was developed. The tubing anchor is unique in the design of releasing structure, which can realize releasing alter balancing the pressure of tubing and casing by pressure relief. It is free of pressure difference, safe and reliable. The eenter tube is locked by the lock block, and the releasing pin is not affected by the setting pressure and liner weight, which can avoid the earlier setting of pipe string. The anchor and the packer can realize stepwise releasing, reduce the load and improve the success rate of releasing. The high temperature and high pressure anchor has been applied in 5 wells under the maximum hole deviation of 59. 3° and maximum injection pressure of 43 MPa. It can carry out pipe string anchoring successfully, achieve safe operation with high success rate, and ensure sealing and reliability of the packer in the whole operation process.
