全自动页岩含气量测试分析仪的研制

摘要 基于解吸方法的页岩含气量测试仪器普遍存在测试自动化程度低、对温度和压力影响缺乏考虑、测量精度低及便携性差等问题。为此,研制了全自动页岩含气量测试分析仪。该分析仪由恒温水浴箱、解吸罐、测量装置、数据采集盒和上位机测试软件组成,可自动测量页岩解吸气量并记录当前解吸温度和压力等参数,将测得的解吸气量转化为标准状态下的气量,运用拟合算法对损失气进行反演推算,测出的解吸气和推算出的损失气之和近似为页岩总含气量。现场试验结果表明,仪器能够控制解吸温度和解吸压力,可针对不同情况选择损失气评估算法,具有自动化程度高、测量精度高和携带方便等特点。该仪器的研制成功对我国页岩气资源的评估和开发具有重大意义。 Desorption-based shale gas content test instrument has common problems snch as low testing automarion level, neglect of temperature and pressure effect, low measurement accuracy, low portability and so on. In order to solve the above problems, all automatic test instrument of shale gas content was developed. The instrument consists of constant-temperature water bath, desorption tank, measuring device, data acquisition box and upper computer test software. It can at, tomatically measure shale gas desorption capacity, record parameters such as desorption temperature and pressure and so on, converl measured shale gas desorption capacity to gas capacity in the standard state and carry out inversion of loss gas by using fitting algorithm. The sum of measured gas desorption capacity and calculated loss gas is approximate to total shale gas content. Field test resuhs show that, the instrument can control desorption temperature and desorption pressure, and select a loss gas assessment algorithm based on different contents. It shows characteristics such as high automation level, high measurement accuracy , being easy to carry and so on.
