摘要
采用EXCITE软件,对某汽油机的曲轴系进行了扭振分析,首先进行了减震皮带轮的频率选定,然后针对选定频率的曲轴系进行扭振分析,分别计算了转速波动、耗散功以及扭振角。计算结果显示:以上指标均在可接受的范围内,满足使用要求。
A torsional vibration analysis for a certain engine crankshaft assembly was carried out by using EXCITE software. The suitable frequency of torsional vibration damper was chosen. Then the torsional behavior of the crankshaft assembly with optimal torsional vibration damper was simulated. Cyclic speed irregularity, dissipated power and angular displacement were calculated. The results show that the three in- dexes are accepted and met requirement.
