浅谈制动液真空加注在总装工艺中的应用

Brief Analysis about Application of Brake Fluid Vacuum Filling in Assembly Process

制动是实现汽车安全行驶的关键功能。绝大多数轿车产品的制动力是由制动液传递的,因此制动液加注一直是整车装配过程中非常重要的工序。为了实现制动液的良好加注,汽车总装车间基本采用真空加注工艺。从加注设备、加注原理、常见问题分析方面对整车制动液真空加注这一重要工序进行了介绍。

Braking is the key function to realize safe driving. The braking force of most braking systems is transferred by braking fluid, so the filling of brake fluid is a very important working procedure in assembly process. In order to realize good filling of brake fluid, the vacuum filling process is adopted in automobile assembly workshop. From filling equipment, filling principle, analyses of the common problems, the vehicle brake fluid filling process was introduced.
