摘要
ERP系统的实施必然要求企业对原有的流程进行规范和优化。本文以OIN公司ERP财务管理模块实施项目为背景,采用理论结合实际案例的方法,从企业管理顾问的角度,运用BPI的理论和方法,对案例企业所涉及的主要财务流程如应付账款、应收账款和总分类账流程进行调研和问题诊断,提出一套针对案例企业财务流程优化的方案,并从定量的角度验证了方案的有效性。
The implementation of the ERP system will inevitably require companies to standardize and optimize existing processes. This paper bases on the background of ERP financial management module implementation in OIN company, and combines theory with an actual case from the perspective of business management consultants. In addition, it researches and diagnoses problems involved in financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger processes in the case company by using BPI theories and methods. Finally, it puts forward proposals for the finance process improvement in the case company, and verifies the effectiveness of the proposals from a quantitative point of view.
