摘要
人力资本存量在当今全球经济发展中占据越来越重要的角色,我国学者对此也投入越来越多的关注。本文将现阶段我国人力资本存量的测算方法做了梳理,较系统地介绍和比较了未来收益法、教育存量法、永续盘存法在基本原理、估算方法、操作技术、优点劣势等方面的特点,并对人力资本存量纳入国民经济核算的要求作出展望,以期为其他学者进一步研究人力资本的作用或选择人力资本存量测算方法时作出参考。
The stock of human capital plays an increasingly important role in the development of the global economy,and China's scholars have also put more and more attention to it. This paper summarizes current human capital stock measurement methods in China, systematically introduces and compares the basic principles, estimation method, operation technology, advantages and disadvantages of future income, educational stock and perpetual inventory methods. The paper looks forward to integrating the human capital stock into national economic accounting requirements,providing some reference for further research in the role of human capital or the choice of human capital stock measurement methods.
