摘要
本文对酒店非理性消费行为现象进行了归纳总结,运用顾客消费行为的心理引导原理,从酒店设施设备的引导、酒店服务程序的引导以及酒店内部良好氛围的营造等方面对顾客非理性消费行为良性引导提出相应的建议,从而提升服务层次和效果。
The article summarizes the phenomenon of irrational consumption in hotels. By using the principle of customer consumption behavior psychological guidance, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on positive behavior guide for consumptions in hotel facilities and hotel service programs, as well as on creating a good atmosphere in hotels, in order to improve services and create better effects.
