摘要
预制装配式地铁车站接头是预制装配式地铁车站结构薄弱部位,以长春地铁2号线袁家店预制装配式车站为工程背景,采用数值模拟方法研究预制装配式地铁车站单榫槽式接头抗弯刚度的影响因素。计算结果表明:接头承受弯矩作用是导致接头抗弯刚度减小的最主要因素;增大轴力以及对接头部位注浆对提高接头抗弯刚度具有显著作用;接头部位尺寸参数的改变对接头抗弯刚度的影响程度与接头部位承受的轴力有关。
The joints of metro station constructed with prefabricated elements are the weak parts in station structures. With reference to Yuanjiadian metro station on Changchun metro line 2,this paper studies the various influencing factors of joint bending stiffness of the single tenon groove joint subject to combined action of axial force and bending moment using numerical simulation method. The calculation results indicate that the bending moment at the joint is the main factor causing the decrease of the bending stiffness of the join,the increase of axial force and the grouting at the joints significantly impact the bending stiffness of the joints and the effect of the joint geometry parameters on the bending stiffness of the joint is related to axial force acting on the joint.
