The Expression and Clinical Significance of CD146 in Gastric Stromal Tumor Tissues

目的探明CD146在胃间质瘤组织中的表达情况,探讨CD146的表达与临床和病理特征的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学、Western blot方法检测胃间质瘤组织(Tumor tissue,TT)、瘤旁组织(Peritumoral tissue,PT)及胃正常组织(Normal tissue,NT)中CD146的蛋白表达,利用逆转录PCR检测TT、PT及NT中CD146mRNA表达。结果 TT中CD146表达水平明显高于在NT及PT中的表达水平;胃间质瘤NIH分级越高,CD146的表达水平越高;CD146表达水平的高低与粘膜有无受侵关系密切。结论 CD146在TT、PT及NT中存在差异性表达。CD146的表达上!调可能参与了胃间质瘤细胞的增殖和血管的生成,可能在胃间质瘤细胞的侵袭与转移过程中发挥重要作用。

Objective To investigate the CD146 expressions in gastric stromal tumor tissues and to explore its correlation with the clinic and pathological features. Methods The CD146 protein expressions in the gastric stromal tumor tissue （TT）, the peritumoral tissue （PT） and the stomach normal tissue （NT） were detected by immunohistochemisty as well as the Western blot. And the CD146 mRNA expressions in the Tr, PT and NT were detected by the reverse transcription PCR. Results The CD146 expressions in TT were significantly higher than those in NT and PT. The higher NIH grades of gastric stromal tumors, the higher level of CD146 expressions was. The expression level of CD146 was closely correlated with whether there was any invasion to mucosa. Conclusions CD146 has different expressions in TT, PT and NT. The increase of CD146 expressions may take part in the proliferation of gastric stromal tumor cells and the generation of blood vessel, and may play a crucial role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric stromal tumor cells.
