当前供给侧结构性改革已成为我国各界关注的焦点。访谈从供给侧结构性改革的背景入手,深入探讨了供给从结构性改革在全国范围和后发展民族地区的异同,有针对性地剖析了在后发展民族地区进行供给侧结构性改革的特殊性,提出了"两条腿走路"的战略构想,明确了后发展民族地区在供给侧结构性改革方面必须实现通过培育自身发展能力获得自身转型,以达到"弯道超车"的跨越式发展目标。
