“一带一路”战略与广西边境地区民族文化安全研究

One Belt and One Road Initiative and the Border Region of Guangxi:On the National Culture Security

当前,文化安全是中国社会主义文化建设面临的重大现实问题,而民族文化安全是其中的重要组成部分。"一带一路"战略的提出,既从政治互信、经济融合方面明确了中国今后与中亚、东南亚国家交流合作的方向,又从文化包容方面确立了共筑命运共同体的倡议,这是文化交流的新起点。应当充分认识到在"一带一路"战略下,中国边境民族文化交流有了新的途径和方式,但这同时也对边境民族文化安全带来了挑战。以广西边境民族文化安全为主线,对边境民族文化安全的组成要素以及存在的挑战进行分析,认为境外将在文化思潮、文化产业发展等方面对广西民族文化的安全带来影响。为此,应建立科学的文化安全预警机制;拓展广西民族文化发展途径;培养民族地区创新型人才,加强对民族文化安全的维护。

At present,cultural security is China＇s major realistic problem during the development of socialist culture,and national culture security is an important part of it.One Belt One Road Initiative has cleared the direction of exchange and cooperation between China and central Asian as well as southeast Asian countries from aspects of political mutual trust and economic integration.It also has reached a proposal to build a community of common destiny,which is a new beginning of cultural exchange.It should be fully realized that under the guidance of this initiative,there are new ways to cultural exchange in China＇s border region,but it also poses challenges to border national culture security.Taking the national culture security of Guangxi＇s border region as its main subject,this paper analyzes elements of national culture security and its present challenges,and it finds out that aspects such as cultural ideological trend and cultural industry development beyond the border will affect Guangxi＇s national culture security.Therefore,scientific cultural security warning mechanism should be established,development approaches to national culture should be expanded,innovative talents in national regions should be cultivated,and maintenance of national culture security should be strengthened.
