青海省民族教育政策与实践探索

On the Exploration and Practice of National Education Policy in Qinghai

双语教育是少数民族教育的重要组成部分,双语教育问题包含两个层面:一是法律和政策层面的双语教育问题,二是学习与教学层面的双语教育问题。青海省立足本省实际,贯彻党的民族政策和国家有关法律法规,配套出台了一系列发展民族教育的政策措施,大力推进"双语"教学改革和发展,为民族教育的跨越式发展带来了新契机。

Bilingual education is an important part of national education.It consists two levels：first,law and policy level,second,learning and teaching level.According to actual situation,Qinghai Province has,in order to implement the Party＇s ethnic policies and national laws and regulations,has issued a series of policies and measures to support the development of national education,and vigorously promoted the＂bilingual＂education reform and development,which has brought new opportunities to the development of national education.
