摘要
采用基于Ansys软件中的RMxprt模块,对风机用永磁无刷直流电机的模型进行初步电磁设计,确定电机各部分的尺寸及相关参数。然后将其转化成Maxwell 2D模型,利用电磁场有限元分析法对电机空载时的相关特性进行仿真与分析。最后对样机实验测试,将得到的实验数据与仿真结果进行对比,分析各项性能指标,进而验证仿真模型和分析的可行性和准确性。
In order to determine the size and relative parameters of each part of the motor,firstly designed the electromagnetic design of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor based on the RMxprt module of the ansys. Then it's transformed into Maxwell2 D model,and the electromagnetic field finite element analysis method was used to simulate and analyze the characteristics of the motor when the motor was unloaded.Finally,experimenting of the prototype,comparing the experimental data and simulation results,analysising of the performance indicators, and then verified the feasibility and veracity of the simulation model and analysis.
