摘要 对于永磁同步电机的最大转矩电流比控制,提出了一种适用于不同电机参数的通用控制方法。该方法对永磁同步电机的电机参数以去磁电流为基准进行标幺化处理,通过标幺值使各种类型及容量的电机物理量进行归一化,从而建立统一的、符合最大转矩电流比控制关系的表格供矢量控制查表,适用于表面式及嵌入式永磁同步电机。当电机类型发生变化引起电机参数变化时,只需调整去磁电流、直轴和交轴电感等参数而不需修改表格即可使控制软件应用于新的电机。最后,将本方法应用于电动汽车用电机系统,验证了所提出的方法。 This paper presented a universal maximum torque per ampere( MTPA) torque control algorithm for any of a variety of permanent magnet synchronous motors( PMSM). Proposed algorithm utilized normalizing motor parameters with respect to demagnetization current of a motor,and facilitated improved control of both interior and surface permanent magnet synchronous motors by normalizing motor parameters with respect to demagnetize the motor magnet and constructing universal lookup tables. The toque-current relationship at approximately MTPA was stored in a memory unit of motor control system. The proposed controller can be readily used by changing several parameters such as demagnetization current,quadrature and direct inductance of the motor and without changing the table when new type of PMSM was utilized in the system. A prototype was constructed and applied to a PMSM for electric vehicle,and the experimental results were given to verify the validity of the proposed control strategy.
