摘要
为提高海上风力发电机转子磁极盒的可靠性,本文首先根据发电机所运行的环境对灌封树脂进行对比分析,选择适合海上风力发电机的灌封材料,然后对灌封工艺的关键工序进行了详细的分析。同时结合实际生产经验,对生产中出现的问题进行解剖,并提出解决方案,经过多次批量的生产证明,此灌封工艺完全能满足产品的设计要求。
To improve offshore wind turbine rotor pole box reliability,firstly,comparing analysis the pouring resin according to the generator running environment,selected the appropriate offshore wind turbine pouring material,and then detailed analysed the key step of pouring process. Combined with the actual production experience,analysed the production problems,and proposed solutions,through the production of several batches of proof,this pouring process can meet the product design requirements.
