马克思主义人学视域下的大学生成功观探析

Exploration on University Students' View of Success from the Perspective of Marxist Anthropology

成功是人类特有的需要,人追求成功是人的生理需要、社会需要和精神需要的统一表现,成功是人自然属性、社会属性和精神属性的辩证统一。青年的价值取向决定了未来整个社会的价值取向,本文运用马克思主义人学对大学生成功观进行探析,指出了"人的自然属性明确大学生成功需要的合理性"、"人的社会属性决定大学生成功社会价值的必要性"、"人的精神属性鼓励大学生成功追求的目的性"。运用马克思主义人学对成功观进行探析,有利于正确认识成功观,有利于大学生将个人理想与社会理想紧密结合起来,凝聚全民族的力量,为实现"中国梦"而奋斗。

Success is uniquely human needs. People＇s pursuit of success is the unified expression of physiological needs, social needs and spiritual needs. Success is also the dialectical unity of people＇s natural attribute, social attribute and spiritual attribute. Young people＇s values determine the values of the entire society, so this paper uses Marxist humanism to carry out the analysis of university students＇ view of success, points out ＂natural attribute admits the rationality of university students＇ needs of success＂, ＂social attribute decides the necessity of the social value of success＂, ＂spiritual attribute encourages university students＇ purpose of pursuing success＂. To explore the view of success with Marxist anthropology helps university students to correctly understand the view of success, and guide them to combine their personal ideals with the social ideal, so bringing together the force of the whole nation and realizing. ＂China Dream＂.
