摘要
本文引用"使用与满足"理论,从用户的视角,调查上海大学继续教育学院网络课程的应用现状和满意度情况,并结合归因分析,提出可行性的策略。
Referring to the theory of "use and gratification", and from the perspective of users, this paper investigates the use and gratification of online courses in College of Continuing Education of Shanghai University, and proposes feasible strategies based on attribution analysis.
