英国现代学徒制对高技能人才的培养——以Dudley college为例

摘要 英国现代学徒制自从1993年宣布实行后,英国技能人才短缺问题有了较大改观。本文以Dudley college为例,在介绍英国Dudley college现代学徒制的基础上,深入探析英国Dudley college现代学徒制的特点,并将英国现代学徒制与我国中职学校人才培养模式差异进行比对,并借鉴英国现代学徒制中工作本位的职业培训、人性化的教学及评估、有效的绩效方法和激励机制等经验,提出对我国高技能人才培养的建议,为我国高技能人才的成长成才提供参考。 Since it was announced to take effect in 1993, British modern apprenticeship has greatly changed the shortage of technical talents in Britain. With Dudley college as the example, this paper introduces the modern apprenticeship of Dudley college, deeply explores its characteristics, and compares British modern apprenticeship with the talent cultivation model of China's secondary vocational schools. Referring to the work-oriented vocational training, individualized teaching and evaluation, effective performance method and incentive mechanism in British modern apprenticeship, this paper proposes some suggestions for the cultivation of highly technical talents in China, serving as a reference for the development of highly technical talents in China.
