As a paradigm of contemporary college-enterprise cooperation, modern apprenticeship has been attached to much importance by education departments of all levels and vocational colleges. This paper elaborates the development, connotation and main problems of modern apprenticeship, suggests that the related sides to talent cultivation of modern apprenticeship should fully play their functions and enthusiasm to participate in it, so as to ensure the successful implementation of modern apprenticeship.
