摘要
由于岗位的特殊性以及服务对象的多样性,高校行政管理人员有时不能把自己摆在一个正确的位置,这往往会引起身心上的不适应、不协调,进而导致角色错位现象的产生。马克思交往理论是关于人的全面发展的理论,用马克思交往理论来引导高校行政管理人员树立正确的交往观念,摆正自身位置,避免角色错位现象的产生。
Because of their special posts and service object diversity, sometimes administrators in higher educational institutes can't put their role in the right place. This may give rise to their physical and psychological disorders, and then bring about role dislocation. Marx's communication theory is a theory of allround human development, so we can use Marx's communication theory to help administrators in higher educational institutes to establish a correct communication concept and adjust their position to avoid role dislocation.
