A Brief Discussion on Ways to Cultivate Innovative Talents and Transform Scientific and Technological Achievements in Universities

科技成果转化是科技与经济深度融合的重要方式,高校创新人才培养是科技成果转化的基础,本文针对高校科技成果转化率较低的现状,阐述成果转化与创新人才培养的关系,并提出促进科技成果转化的创新途径。

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important way to deeply integrate science and technology with economy, while the cultivation of innovative talents is the basis of the transformation. In view of the current situation that the rate of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is relative low, this paper elaborates the relationship between the transformation of achievements and the cultivation of talents, and proposes new ways to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
