养老金并轨下高校养老保险改革路径之探析

Exploration on Ways of Endowment Insurance Reform in Universities under Pension System Unification

目前,随着全国机关事业单位养老保险改革的全面启动,养老金并轨又向前迈出了实实在在的一步。这对于高校的养老保险的改革又提出了新的要求。本文就高校现行养老保险制度的背景及现状,分析推进养老保险改革所面临的阻力与挑战,提出相对应的改革措施及对策。

With the comprehensive implementation of pension system reform in public institutions, the unification of pension system has taken a firm step forward. This also proposes a new requirement for pension system reform in universities. This paper analyzes the background and status quo of the present pension system, discusses the problems existing in the implementation of pension system reform, and proposes corresponding reform measures.
