摘要 转制院团作为文化市场主体,它的新目标"重点要放在建立和完善现代企业制度上,放在加快股份制改造、完善法人治理结构上;要进一步优化企业资本结构和组织形式,使企业真正适应市场竞争的需要,在竞争中发展壮大"。"两个面向"和"两个多出"的问题落实到演艺产品生产中,实际上就是如何生产出有效益的演艺产品以及如何有效率地组织演艺产品生产的问题。演艺产品是大众"精神休闲"中可能选择的一种文化消费,这种文化消费的基础是"娱乐性",是内心之爱的驱动和外在压力的解脱。与帮助国有文艺院团成为"成熟的"市场主体相关,政府文化主管部门乃至更多的相关部门还应尽可能帮助它们去营造一个较为"成熟的"市场氛围。在现代文化市场体系建设中,核心的问题还在于"重塑市场主体"。就作为市场主体的国有文艺院团而言,体制是事业还是企业可以因团而异,但应保证国有企业占主导地位。 As a cultural market subject, conversed troupes pay much attention to establishing and perfecting modern enterprise system, and speeding the shareholding reform and perfecting the corporate governance structure, and further optimizing the fund structure and organization form, so as to make the enterprise truly develop and grow in competition. To implement two facets and two more problems in the production of performing products is actually how to produce effective products and how effectively organize performing production. Performing product is a cultural consumption possibly chosen by people when they are at their leisure time. This kind of cultural consumption is based up- on entertainment and it is driven by the inner love and it is liberation of spirit. In the establishing of modern cultural market system, the core problem lies in rebuilding the market subject. Either the troupe is an administrative system or an enterprise ; we should guarantee the subjective state of state - owed enterprise.
