中外绿色建筑标准体系对比分析

近年来,国家大力发展绿色经济、绿色建筑,建设低碳城市,各种评价标准和体系也相继出炉。文章通过阅读大量的海内外文献及相关网站,首先,总结了中国绿色建筑30年发展进程,进而从评价指标、评价权重、评价等级三个方面将中国的绿色建筑评价标准与国外几个比较著名的评估体系比较,通过对比分析,最后,给出进一步完善和发展我国绿色建筑评价标准的几点建议。

In recent years,the state vigorously develop the green economy,green buildings,building low-carbon cities,the various evaluation criteria and systems also have been released.By reading a lot of literature and related sites,first generalized the 30 years＇ development process of China＇s green building,and thus compared the China Green Building Evaluation Standard with several well-known overseas evaluation systems,the conclusion that the further improvement and development of China suggestions on Green Building Evaluation Standard.
