新员工培训是企业管理不可或缺的一项重要基础工作。文章围绕如何提高新员工培训实际成效的主题,以C公司研发中心为例,重点从C公司研发中心新员工培训现状、借鉴意义、存在问题、改进策略等四个方面进行了详细论述。
