新员工培训是企业管理不可或缺的一项重要基础工作。文章围绕如何提高新员工培训实际成效的主题,以C公司研发中心为例,重点从C公司研发中心新员工培训现状、借鉴意义、存在问题、改进策略等四个方面进行了详细论述。
New employee training is an important basic work of enterprise management.Focusing on the theme how to improve the actual results of new employee training,taking C company's R D center as an example,this paper focused on situations,meanings problems,solutions of new employee training in C company's RD Center.
