海洋金融是金融业在海洋经济方面的具体体现。海洋金融人才的业务能力、自身素质对上海海洋金融服务的发展起着至关重要的作用。文章在分析上海海洋金融服务的发展现状、人才素质、英国海洋金融服务人才培养模式的基础上,总结分析上海海洋金融人才培养存在的瓶颈问题,并提出解决对策,希望能为上海培养海洋金融人才提供有益借鉴。

Marine finance is the concrete embodiment of the financial industry in marine economy.The operational capacity and self-quality of the ocean financial talents plays a vital role in Shanghai marine financial services development.In this paper,based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of Shanghai marine financial services,the quality of the talents,British marine financial service personnel training mode,summarizes and analyzes the bottleneck problems on training of Shanghai marine financial talents,and puts forward countermeasures,hoping to provide a useful reference on training of Shanghai marine financial talents.
