基于磁感应相位移谱的家兔急性脑缺血检测 被引量:2

摘要 目的提出一种家兔急性脑缺血早期检测的新方法,建立一套急性脑缺血的早期诊断系统。方法用双侧颈总动脉阻断法建立家兔急性不完全性脑缺血模型,实验动物分为未结扎组、单侧结扎组和双侧结扎组。采用基于磁感应相位移谱(magnetic induction phase shift spectroscopy,MIPSS)方法的检测系统,对3组家兔模型进行60 min的相位差检测。结果在特征频率下,60 min测量时间内未结扎组的相位差为-0.195°±0.099°,单侧结扎组的相位差为-4.862°±1.150°,双侧结扎组的相位差为-9.303°±3.186°;与未结扎组相比,单侧结扎组与双侧结扎组的相位差随着缺血时间明显增大(P<0.05);而双侧结扎组的相位差相比于单侧结扎组也明显增大(P<0.05)。结论基于磁感应相位移谱方法的检测系统实现了对家兔急性脑缺血的早期诊断,以及对家兔不同缺血程度的区分。 Objective To propose a new method for early detection of acute cerebral ischemia in rabbits,and establish an early diagnosis system for acute cerebral ischemia. Methods The cerebral ischemia rabbit model was established by bilateral carotid artery occlusion. The rabbits were divided into non-ligation group,unilateral ligation group and bilateral ligation group. The rabbits of the 3 groups were detected for 1 h with a detection system based on magnetic induction phase shift spectroscopy( MIPSS). Results The results showed that under characteristic frequency( CF),within 1 h,the average phase shift of the non-ligation group was- 0. 195° ± 0. 099°,the average phase shift of the unilateral ligation group was- 4. 862° ± 1. 150°,and the average phase shift of the bilateral ligation group was- 9. 303° ± 3. 186°. The average phase shift of the unilateral ligation group and the bilateral ligation group was increased significantly compared with the control group( P〈 0. 05),and the average phase shift of the bilateral ligation group was increased significantly compared with the unilateral ligation group( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Detection system based on MIPSS implements the early diagnosis of acute cerebral ischemia in the rabbits,and can be used for distinguishing the varied ischemic severity in the rabbits.
