土木工程专业高素质技能型人才培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Cultivating Excellent Skilled Talents for Civil Engineering Majors

论述了培养高素质技能型人才的途径,包括学校培养、企业培养、校企联合培养、校校联合培养,讲述了常州工学院土木建筑工程学院在培养高素质技能型人才方面的探索。以常州工学院大学生创新创业训练计划项目结合解决常州市轨道交通一号线的基桩检测问题为例,阐述了在培养土木工程专业高素质技能型人才方面的实践。

Approaches of cultivating excellent skilled talents are discussed including on-campus teaching, enterprise-based training ,joint cultivation between colleges and enterprises as well as joint cultivation between colleges. Explorations made by the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Changzhou Institute of Technology on cultivating excellent skilled talents are elaborated. Taking the case of solving the testing problem of foundation piles for Changzhou Rail Transit Line 1 and the innovation and entrepreneurship train- ing programs for undergraduates as examples, the practice on cultivating excellent skilled talents for civil engineering majors is discussed.
