为了提高鼓风机运行的安全性、供气稳定性,对造气厂4#、5#、6#鼓风机润滑系统进行了技术改造。改造完成后,避免了因主油泵反转而反向吸油,造成轴瓦无油润滑而烧坏的严重后果;预计每年为公司创造经济效益在60万元以上。

In order to improve the safety and the gas supply stability of the Blower, We have carried on the technical transformation to the 4#,5#, 6#Blower lubricating system of the gas-making plant. After the transformation, avoiding the serious consequences, such as the main oil pump reverses oil absorption, resulting the Bushing in burning-out without oil lubrication. This technical transformation is expected to create economic benefits more than 600 thousand RMB for the company each year.
