The operating coorperation of crew member in urban rail transit

随着城市轨道交通的发展,新线陆续开通,乘务运作基础条件也在发生变化。为确保新线开通前后乘务客车队管理工作有序进行,本文以即将开通的广州地铁六号线二期为例,对乘务的行车安全管理、员工业务培训、综合管理问题进行探讨,旨在为广州地铁六号线二期开通后乘务人员的管理工作提供理论建议。

With the development of urban rail transit, the new raiway is entrying into sevice,and the operating foundation for passenger train is changing,too.In order to make sure the crew member manage work is going on smoothly,this paper take the second phase of Line 6 of Guangzhou Metro as an example,discussing the mamagement of driving safty,professional training for crew member,and synthesized promblem for crew,to providing some theoretical suggestion for the forthcoming opening of Guangzhou Metro.
