民用飞机APU舱门蒙皮结构对排液的影响分析

摘要 机载辅助动力装置(Auxiliary Power Unit),简称APU,工作时可以为飞机提供电源和气源。根据适航法规,民用飞机APU舱必须具备排液功能。某型飞机采用引射原理实现排液功能。本文通过对该型飞机APU舱排液区域进行CFD数值模拟计算,并对计算结果进行流场分析,研究APU舱门蒙皮结构对排液功能的影响。 APU(short for Auxiliary Power Unit)can supply electricity and gas source for the aircraft when operating normally. According to CCAR,the APU compartment must be designed with drainage function. Injection method is taken to achieve the drainage function by a certain type of aircraft. In this study, a CFD simulation of the APU compartment drainage area was made to analyze the influence on the drainage function by the skin structure of the APU compartment door.
