摘要
教育实习作为当今师范教育改革的重要组成部分,对师范生的作用是极其重要的。然而,我国的教育实习自身存在着很多的不足,包括缺少稳定而长期合作的实习基地、实习时间相对短而集中,形式比较单一、实习的指导薄弱,疏于管理三个方面。与我国的教育实习相比,外国的教育实习时间充足,安排合理,形式多样;目标明确,内容充实,任务具体;管理规范,评价科学,考核系统;这些都值得我们借鉴。要改善我国的教育实习状况,首先,实现高师院校与教育实习基地互赢;其次,明确教育实习目标;再次,完善教育实习评价方式。
As an important part of today's teacher education reform,educational practice is extremely important for normal students.However,there are lots of deficiencies in our educational practice,including a lack of stable and long-term cooperation practice bases,relatively short and focused practice time,relatively simple form,weak practice guidance and poor management.Compared with our educational practice,foreign educational practice has sufficient time,reasonable arrangement and various forms; they are targeted,informative and specific; they have standardized management,scientific evaluation and assessment systems.These are worth learning.To improve our educational practice,firstly,we should achieve the mutual win between normal universities and educational practice bases; secondly,we should make clear teaching practice objectives; finally,we should improve educational practice evaluation methods.
