摘要
毕业生就业流向是毕业质量重要评价指标,本文对湖南省2所农林类本科院校2015年的毕业生就业流向进行了调查分析。内容主要包括:地区流向情况;行业流向情况;单位类型分布情况;自主创业情况;出国出境情况;考研录取情况。调查结果为下一步人才培养和高校管理提供优化依据。
Graduates＇ employment directions are important evaluating indicators for the quality of their employment,so this paper investigates and analyzes the employment directions of students graduated from 2 agricultural and forestry colleges and universities in 2015.The content mainly includes working places,professions,types of employers,autonomous entrepreneurship,going abroad,and postgraduate admissions.The investigation result has provided references for the further optimization of talent cultivation and university management.
