基于就业导向的高校英语教学改革模式探究

Exploration on the Model of College English Teaching Reform Oriented by Employment

时代在不断地更迭和变迁。在多变的市场格局下,我国教育改革不断深入以适应市场对人才更高层次的要求。对于我国高校英语教学来说,英语学习并不能简单地概括为听说读写译能力的培养,学生能把英语知识熟练地运用到就业中并具有较高的专业素养、专业能力和竞争力才是英语教学的真正要义。因此,以就业为导向的高校英语教学模式改革的展开是迫在眉睫的,其现实意义不容置疑。本文主要从我国高校英语教学现状和市场对英语专业人才的需求两个角度出发,提出基于就业导向的高校英语教学模式改革的建议和策略。

The era is changing continuously,and under the changing situation of the market,China＇s education reform has been deepened constantly to meet the market needs of higher-level talents.For college English teaching in China,English learning cannot be simply summarized as the cultivation of listening,speaking,reading,writing and translating abilities,while the essence of English teaching is to cultivate students＇ proficient application of English knowledge to employment,as well as their professional quality,professional ability and competitiveness.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out the employment-oriented reform of college English teaching model,which is undoubtedly of great realistic significance.Staring from the current situation of China＇s college English teaching and the market demands for talents majoring in English,this paper proposes the suggestions and strategies of the employment-oriented reform of college English teaching model.
