Exemplified by the ＂fashionable old people＂ project of a community at Tiexi District of Shenyang City,this paper explores the problems existing in the establishment of professional social work.It introduces the general situation of the project,defines the professionalism of social work,discusses the problems existing in its establishment,and also proposes related countermeasures to establish professional social work.
