摘要
纵观当前的教育实践,当一味地摒弃教育惩戒,一味地赏识、表扬、鼓励、认可时,家长们惊异地发现自己的孩子越来越"骄纵任性",教师们猛然发现面对许多新出现的教育问题自己束手无策,尤其是随着学生及家长的法律意识的增强,教师们越来越不敢管了。本文试图从现状的剖析为切入点,在探讨教育惩戒呈现"避重就轻"、转移惩戒、放弃惩戒,甚至出现教师"被惩戒"的流失的基础上,对教育惩戒的救济机制进行初步探索。
Throughout the current educational practice, when people blindly abandon education discipline, and merely pursue appreciation, praise, encouragement, and recognition, parents are surprised to find their children more arrogant and capricious, and teachers suddenly find themselves helpless in the face of many new educational problems, especially with the enhancing of students and parents' legal awareness. With an analysis of the status quo as the starting point, this paper attempts to explore the wastage of education discipline and preliminarily discusses the relief mechanism for education discipline.
